Ok I have cb1200 from 2007 that will not call for heat!!! I have replaced the following: control box(twice), Auger motor, thermocouple, vacuum switch, snap discs #1 &#2, I have jumped the thermostat vacuum switch and all three snap discs. The only time I can get it to feed pellets is with the yellow snap discs wires jumped and vacuum switch jumped and thermostat jumped while in test mode. If I leave it like this and switch the board back to one I just get the exhaust fan. I am now at wits end with this and about to return all the parts and see what it is worth in scrap!!! Please HELP!!!also there is NO hopper safety switch on this an I don’t see any wires that would go to it

Did you push the rest button by the red call light?

Is the red button on snap disc number 3 pushed down?
If it is tripped when you push it down you should feel and hear a click

Have you removed the thermostat from the equation
Remove the 2 wires from the thermostat block and install a jumper wire
Does the stove work?

looking at this stove it has a external thermostat so it may be a little harder to eliminate but the suggestion above should work. Not sure how this stove displays errors but what error is it giving?

I figured it out!!!! Or at least it is working, I sprayed the contacts on the junction box with contact cleaner and wrapped the old control box with paper towels and inserted it to clean it. After that the call light came on and it started to feed pellets but would then trip the GFI started checking some of the wires and the spot where the igniter goes through the back plate had actually rubbed down to bare wire, repaired that and it fired up and everything worked including the thermostat. So not sure which one or if it was both of these that caused the issue but I now have a brand new 12 year old stove!!
