Happy winter 2025, I had an issue with my pellet stove insert which required replacement of the circuit board. Simple replacement or so I thought. The stove fires up. Burns pellets. Throws a ton of heat and burns thru pellets like a madman. Before it was fine. Now it eats like a puppy on a slipper. I tried the factory reset but it didn’t make a difference. I feel that the blower and combustion fans settings might be set too high. Or the feed rate is off. Anyway, I can’t find the H1-5 settings for the fans and feed. Can someone please give me an idea where I can find where the factory base settings should be? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Lonny

Should be in your manual Here. Pgs. 20-26 i believe

Yes, I gave it a good cleaning when I replaced the board. The fan is on high full time and it wasn’t before. I don’t think the replacement is set up because they probably use the same board on different units.

What fan? There is 2. Combustion blower and convection blower. After reading the manual pgs 21-26 it gives complete instructions on how to get to, and change settings in the stove. If special codes are needed you may have to check with the installer/dealer.

They discuss the settings and what they do but I’m pretty sure there should be a base setting for H01 thru H05. These are the settings I’m looking for because after the reset it’s a hungry beast.

So, the replacement board fits Hp21, 21i, 22, 22i, 22n, 40, 41,42,50, 50cg, 55, & 61. I’m looking for base settings for a HP22i. My guess is that they all don’t use the same settings so with the reset it probably needs to be adjusted for the unit it’s used in.

Ok so what I found is all Comfort built stoves use the same board with the same programming. There is no model (base) choice programming available. You have to adjust in feed and exhaust to get the cleanest burn.

I have a Dealer going to let you know , he will post here

Ssyko, thank you for your assistance with my issue. I see the post from the dealer and I will give the settings a try. Thanks again, Lonny

Try these settings. Level one. 40 off 10 on. Level two. 37 off 13 on. Level 3 32 of 18 on. Level four 28 off 22 on. Setting five 25 off 25 on.
Hello JR, I will give these settings a try. It looks like these are feed settings. Do you have the blower and combustion fan settings for H01 thru H05 as well? Thank you, Lonny

Leave the room blower at 115 on all settings. The combustion blower settings from 5 to 1 are as follows. 115, 112, 108, 104 and 102 to start.
