Hi. My Comfortbilt Alpine HP 41 is burning through two bags or more of pellets per day. It’s in manual mode in heat level 2. The recommended feed rate is On 6 Off 40, but I don’t know what that means. Does anyone know how I can adjust the feed rate to use less pellets? If I put the stove down to heat level 1 it usually shuts down.
Any help would be appreciated!

Do you have your manual? Manual. See pgs 22-23

6on 40 off means the auger is turned on for 6 seconds and then is off for 40 seconds. I will see if i can get JeffRemington to give tou a hand with this he sell & installs them. The settings have to be in the menus they have 12 pages of operation instructions

Your stove must be raging at that rate.
