The unit had two leads going to it. I just want to know if this :
Thermostat Switch - Circuit On At 120°F and Off At 105°F - Large Flange
It is just a switch interrupting the power .
My question is : does it work differently when the power is on the wrong tang ?

Update
Still takes forever 45min for the fan to come on..
What am I missing ...

No, it is a simple series switch.

I'm still having problems ...
The fan easily takes an hour to start up .
What would be my next move ?
