I have a new Englander 25PDV stove. I am getting clinkers and pellets no fully burned overnight. Any suggestions? I did talk to Englander and we set the blower that blows air to the burn pot at 9.

This is a new unit that was made in 06. just started to use it. It has a 90 degree elbow and then goes out the wall and up 3 feet.
ok, boosting the burn air may help, you do have the OAK installed, right? what pellets are you using? check also that the 2 bolts under the lip below the door are tight and the fire pot fits tight against the rear wall.
Is this a case of the OAK being installed, but the insulation still covering the inlet? Seems alot of this being reported lately. It sounds like an obstruction, or restriction of the combustion air. Mike, am I wrong?
I have checked all of this. OAk is installed through a block wall. I have tried 2 dfferent kinds of pellets. It seems that the burned pellets are not falling through the burn plate, then it seems that not enough air gets to the pellets. Just something I saw.
CLEAN OUT THE ASH UNDER THE FIRE PAN.
THE COLD outside air comes in the outside ait inlet tube , so make sure that not blocked outside of house. make sure no critter build nest in side it. use flashlite 2 look see.
next , upen up cold air inlet damper or primary air control if you want me to call it that.
open stove door & pull out fire cup and clean it, use wire brush or screwdriver to scrape if clinkers are stuborn coming off.make sure it clean under fire pot because all your combustion air has to come thru there.
After cleaning under firepot & fire pot and replacing firepot, go outside and remove vent hood
from exhaust pipe with a 1/4 th twist counterclockwise and pull it straight off and look down inside of pipe for any obstructions. You should , on some makes of pellet stoves, be able to see the
combustion chamber blower squirl cage fan blades. im not sure of your make & model. If that looks ok , you are done.
There is nothing else i can think to check, except 2 opperate the cleaning rod for the heat exchanger pipes and clean out the rest of the bottom of the stove of ashes; but neither of these is applicable to your problem.
DID YOUR PELLETS SOMEHOW GET WET. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BURN WET PELLETS.
if your stove is manuel start, did you put too many pellets in the fire pot so as to clog off the
air with too many pellets.
try opperating you stove on the lowest feed rate--- fire cup needs only 1 inch of pellets to maintain fire; if you have 3 or 1 inch deep pellets, you clogging off cumbustion air with too many pellets.

cleaning up pellet stove with a vac cleaner:
You can use a vacuum cleaner only if you are sure, after a though inspection, that there are no
live hot coals and your vacuum cleaner is a wet/dry shop vac with a paper filter bag and you put at least 3 quarts of water in the bottom of the vac canester.
the water adsorbs the ashes and helps to keep the paper bag style filter from clogging before the job is done.
using a vac with anything other that a paper bag style filter & you will burn up the vac motor
as the ash is a super adbrasive and hopelessly clog up and other type of filter in the first 30 seconds of opperation. I have also seen ash destroy the vac motor bearings in under 60 seconds because the wrong style filter couldn't contain the ash in the canister and let it through to the vac motor.
CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED ABOUT THE VAC
they sell ash vac cans as a add on attachment for canister vacs.
