So I spoke to a tech from Cleavland Iron Works and they told me to put my fan settings as follows to have the proper settings. My flame is far too high and literally touching the top of the fire box on eco 1. P4. I run this setting because I work 12 hours a day and it kicks on and off as needed. However ….. my flame is still too high and customer service is closed now.

I cleaned the stove today as well and the man said these settings won’t blacken the glass too quickly but it’s already black. Anyone else experienced this issue?
Anyone else get different settings from the company tech?
Anyone know what setting I should have the fans on to make a good size flame that’s not too aggressive???

Makes me nervous to be honest. I can’t leave it on eco 2 all the time because I’m heating a home that no one is in for 12 hours if I do, and it never shuts down or kicks off on that setting. I am so frustrated!

They also told me that the settings for the cleavland are a bit backwards to the harmon stoves. Where P1 would be their low, p4 is my low.

Does this make sense to anyone ????

P1: 8S :5F
P2: 4S :5F
P3: 0S :5F
P4: -5S : 5F

I have the same stove and also called in about programming. I actually wanted to know what the heck P5 and P6 were for but we ended up programming the "recommended" speeds for the fans in P1 thru P4. He also recommended operating the stove on Eco 1 but I'm kinda on the fence about that.
I'll head out to the garage in a bit and write down the settings I have and post them if they're different.
