Hi. Just had regency insert installed. Technicians tested it and all worked and I got it to work once bit on second time I can't push in the bypass rod to engage the converter. What do I need to do ad it won't move in. Will this require contacting installers? Thanks

If it is a brand new install then yes I would call the installer. Assuming you read the manual.
