Hello, Recently purchased a Castle Serenity 2.0. Having issues with the blower speed, overheating (tripping the high heat sensor and thus shutting down), and side panels becoming extremely hot (420-450* when checked with infrared). Tech services have been great, but also running out of ideas on what is happening. Air flue is half open. Have outside air inlet connected. Exhaust piping is about 8-9 feet total. Am currently running on cycle one with blower almost maxed out to get heat to circulate the house. Side panels are still extremely hot. Had a PelPro before and could touch any part of the stove. This one is a worry for how hot it is getting even on low. Anyone else see this, have ideas, thoughts??
