Can't change avatar

I've decided to change my avatar although when I click on it to do so nothing happens. I use Firefox and windows 11 and have changed the usual settings that can cause certain features to break.
Any suggestions?

Whatever got "enhanced" got me going too. I never got the option to add the Avatar, the routine/code opened the closed before I could use it.
I am on MS Edge for this and Windows10

Oh ya it's been a few days. I couldn't load up a picture for my Avatar since I joined. You helped Red Green and it fixed mine too
