That honestly doesn't look like a mas manufactured chimney to me

It kinda looks like old Selkirk CF Sentinel maybe.

I believe that’s the bottom of the pipe in the photo, I replaced my Dads early 90’s Sentinel and remember the inside of his tee had green plastic like that. More recent versions seems to have blue plastic now.

The clean out plug in the photo is like the plug of the Sentinel. Perhaps they have changed it. CF Sentinel great chimney, 33 years of use.
