Don’t get me wrong. I love the long burn times and the look of our Ashford 30, but we have had numerous issues and horrific customer service over the past few months.
I have been emailing we blazeking for months. Initially when I voiced my concerns they were very receptive saying that they would fix these issues/send parts, but since that time they completely stopped responding to all emails over the past three months. It might be a coincidence, but the lack of response happened after I sent them a picture of how the knife hits the door gasket (way off center/barely catches it).
Anyway- horrible experience with Megan at blazeking. I would not recommend you buy a stove from them.
