I have a Breckwell Big E. The stove will run all day on heat setting 2 with no issues whatsoever. If I bump the heat setting up to number three it will run for about 30 minutes to an hour then shut off and give the blinking error 2 light. I’ve ran through all diagnostic according to the manual, the stove is cleaned thoroughly. No air leaks detected. I’ve checked the air switch and tube. I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone seen this issue?

Sounds like an overheating problem.
Try cleaning the convection fan maybe not enough air
moving over the heat exchanger.

No air leaks detected
Try the dollar bill test on door gasket put dollar bill between door and stove shut door and try to pull bill out there should be good resistance when pulling do this all the way around door. If you have a barbeque cleaning brush lightly run it around the whole door gasket fluffing the gasket up. You might be losing vacuum after stove warms door up.

you cleaned the passages behind the fire box and cleaned both the convection and exhaust blower? When you put it on 3 is the blower stepping up a speed?

Yes I’ve cleaned convection and exhaust. Also the passages behind the fire box. The fan does increase when stepping up a speed.

Everything points to loss of vacuum but I’ve checked the gaskets and the air tube for pressure switch. No cracks in the fire box. I’m stumped on this thing…
