My stove was working fine when the blower motor went out. I replaced it and the auger because I had replaced the auger a year ago with a cheaper one and every time it moved it sounded like baby goats. Now, everything works except the fuel rate won’t change. The control panel changes the lights from 1 through 5 on manual or 1-4, 1-3, or 1 on the high/low setting. I have bypassed the POF, high limit, and the vacuum switch and it still changes the lights on the control panel but does not change the auger speed. It goes off every 13 seconds no matter what it is set on. The high fan speed switch works. I have completely cleaned the stove every hose, tube, tray, and all concealed areas. Emptied all of the pellets out and ran the auger and vacuumed it out. Completely cleaned every crack and crevice of the stove. The vacuum tube is clear. I hooked the old auger up to it and the same thing. It only goes off every 13 seconds. Needless to say that it won’t sustain a fire at level one or every 13 seconds. Not sure what else to try. The control board works as it should. All fans work, the auger works, all airways are clear, all switches are currently bypassed and it still doesn’t adjust the fuel feed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Yes I have a manual and have read it multiple times.
Thank you.

Some Questions
1 What is the stove set on
Hi/Low
On/Off
Manual
2 Do you have it on a thermostat?

hi/low setting only works if you have a thermostat installed. When you say your blower motor went out exactly how did it go out seize up or just quit. Reason being is last year my blower seized up and sent a power surge through the board and during startup the blowers would surge until temp was reached and the stove came out of startup mode, replaced the board and all was good.
I cannot remember the feed setting but i think the duration between feeds stays the same its the length of feed that changes.

Yes sir I have a thermostat. The blower motor just stopped. I can’t remember if it just quit while running or wouldn’t come on during restart. I pulled it out to check it and the cage won’t spin very easy. I’m sure the bearings are going out.

Witch blower is not working
Convection or combustion?
If your stove will only work on maintenance burn
It sounds like the stat is not calling for heat
Dead Batteries? or bad stat?
take the wires off the stat connection on the stove.
Install a jumper wire across the terminals set your
stove in manual and see how it burns

Both blowers work now. I replaced the convection blower. I have the stove in manual mode and it still will not tell the auger to increase the pellets. It changes the lights on the control panel but does not change the auger.

When in manual mode you HAVE TO HAVE A JUMPER ACROSS THE STAT TERMINALS
Because with a stat connected, it will only burn in low without a heat call and the jumper acts as a heat call from the stat

There may be a problem with your thermostat. Putting the jumper
on elimates the stat from the equation and will let you know that
the stove is working correctly or not

Ok. I jumped it and then turned it on. Everything is still bypassed. The fans came in but the control panel had no lights and did absolutely nothing besides turn it on and off. The power light never came on when it was jumped at the control panel.
I even totally disconnected the thermostat from the panel and turned it on in manual mode. Same as before. Everything on the panel worked correctly (including the lights) but it did nothing to change the auger.

You may need a new board it is all that is left that controls the auger feed rate.
so I have to say that's what it comes down to unless anyone else has an idea
Just one question this may sound stupid but you are using the heat level advance to increase
auger speed. Right not the low feed adjustment

i would bet the board its toast similar to what happened to me last year.. Their are guys out their repairing the boards i saved my old one to send out for repairs someday and have it for a back up

Yes sir. Heat level advance. The low feed adjustment is for when it is in high/low and changes the setting s from 1, 1-3, 1-4

That’s what I’m afraid of. Just replaced the board two years ago. Just can’t figure out why all the lights and buttons work as they are supposed to.

In my mind, there is something we missed just a small detail
When you start the stove and the board is set on say #3 in manual.
the auger is in start-up and only goes to heat #3 after 10 to 15 min.
Have you let the stove run long enough for this to happen?

My question too John. I believe for startup it feeds at a pre-determined rate (not sure what tho) and after startup it then feeds to the rate of selected on the board. This problem only feeding every 13 secs is that it is feeding at number 1 setting. Sounds like a board issue. Did we get a clear answer if the little red jumper wire was installed on board for manual control, taking thermostat out of equation? Good luck with her.

Not sure of the auger timing on startup and yes no clear answer about the stat being jumped
Finding it hard to diagnose:mad: without being there
