Breckwell p2000i not hot after replacing board

Our stove was quirky, like if you touched it, it would often cut the power at least briefly but it let out nice heat as it always had.

Then one day we heard a pop and the stove shut off and there was a small hole in the power cord. We replaced the power cord but the the stove would then just blow air as if it was shutting down so we bought a brand new control board.

Stove is now working perfectly except the amount of heat coming out of it is considerably less. The blowers work fine, the fire size is the same as when it was working well. It turns on and off perfectly, but the air it blows is warm, not hot.

I know that sound weird - but any suggestions appreciated.
 
Any change in brands of pellets? Are the heat exchanger tubes clean? Dont rely on the tube rake they are loose. Use a good stiff bottle brush.
