Breckwell P-24 Fire not starting

Hi All,

I have a Breckwell P-24 pellet stove the igniter is only getting warm and not glowing. Also it seems that there is no air flowing around the burn pot and I don't hear the combustion fan running. So, I was thinking that the combustion fan and the igniter are bad. Am I on the correct path for getting this fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Test the fan and the igniter you may need new
or it may be caused by something other than them
Do you have a manual ?
