Not that I know of, but the legs just bolt on, so if there's a fabrication shop near you they should be able to make something fairly easily.

The ash pan sticks below the stove a bit, so you'd only be able to lower it about 4 inches or so.

Any modifications to the legs would compromise the hearth requirements. The only reason to shorten the legs would be to vent it straight out the wall off the flue collar. That's not recommended either. You should have at least 2' vertical before an elbow, 3' is best.
 
Agreed, you would have an untested configuration. Though another reason might be to clear under the lintel in a fireplace. In that case the hearth requirement would hopefully be ok.

Webby is correct....do not modify the tested and approved design.
