Hello everybody.

I completed form 5695 only to be told at the end that I’m not eligible for the tax credit. Am I missing something? This is through TurboTax. It asks what energy improvements you made, your address, and your cost to purchase and install. I’ve gone through it multiple times and still coming out with a $0 home energy credit.

Update:

Apparently TurboTax is updating their form 5695 on February 7th. The form is currently down for maintenance until then. Eventually got a hold of TurboTax customer service.
