Best published price for PelletVent Pro pipe?

Looking to install a 4 inch 6 foot vertical vent set up. I want to use the The Harman Direct Vent Wall Passthrough (Part # 1-00-677077) thimble which I believe is 4 inch.
Also I need to use a Horizontal clean out tee and a Horizontal Jet cap.
These components are available from Metal-Fab, but I understand the PelletVent Pro is a better product.
Any thoughts?
