Bad weld on Harmon Cam Block assembly

Has anybody came across a bad weld job on a Harmon Cam Block assembly?

Can't provide much info on that but there certainly isn't any penetration on that weld.

Poor penetration for sure, if you don’t weld, take it to a shop, that should be a pretty quick/cheap fix

I thought the same thing or that bushing is really hardened.
