Austroflamm Integra motherboard repair

I have an Austroflamm Integra pellet stove (circa 1993) with a faulty motherboard. The component that controls the blower fan has short-circuited and no longer works. When power is supplied to the stove, the blower fan starts up immediately – instead of coming on after the stove heats up. It does not kick down to a slower speed once the stove is hot, as it should. When I shut the stove down, the blower fan continues to run until I cut power. Everything else on the stove - including the auger and combustion fan - runs normally. We ran the stove without incident for a month after the short-circuit happened - I just had to manually shut off the blower fan by cutting power.

Does anyone know of a reliable repair service that won't cost me more than necessary? Thanks.

There was a guy on the forum at one time that did board repair. Try using the "search" feature....might try "circuit board repair" as the search words, or something like that.

Replacement boards are available, but very $$ ($500)

you could contact brunners bits and pieces they charge 30.00 for checking that board out they do have a website hope this helps

Try contacting David Boyce. He repaired my Breckwell board a while back. I do not know if he specializes on a particular brand or not. He has posted here on this forum before but I can’t find the link.

I have a board I would sell to you refurbished or possible refurbish your board....you may only need a new chip.

[Pelleting In NJ]

Replace the blower Triac, about a $2 part. On the board, follow the terminal that the blower motor connects to. From that board terminal, look at the board copper pattern , the blower motor terminal will go to one terminal of one of the Triacs (3 terminal device, black plastic body with a metal tab with a hole/screw in it).

I used this man this past year to fix my control board, I sent it out on a Monday and got it back the next Monday. If he cannot fix it he will tell you, I would recommend him.
