AustroFlamm Integra 1 issues

Good morning ,

New to the pellet stove life. My new house came with a AustromFlamm ingetra insert . It has been shutting off after serval hours and the it appears the auger continues to pile on pellets [ I find it in the morning ].

I have cleaned the auger casing as well as behind the heat plates several times . Both fans seem to be working as designed.

Any advice ?

What setting is it on when it shuts down, ie low, high? If on low maybe low limit switch, if on high maybe high limit switch. Technical manual attached.

Usually the setting I try to leave it set overnight where the word power is written on the dial . I have found if I turn it down to much it will go out also .

Also not sure if this is normal or not but the pellets in the hopper get pretty hot as the day goes on.
