Atrama -- Is this a Gasifier

I seen this boiler for sale on ebay. They clain 75% eff. I can't tell from the pictures if it is a gasifier. Price was kinda cheap. Has anybody heard of these or own one who can explain the similarities with a gasifier. I'm not gonna get rid of my EKO, but I'm interested non-the-less. Thanks,, Seyiwmz

Can't quite tell but this image looks a bit like a gasifiers guts.

If my conversion is right from kw to btu on the 7m.1 that is for sale on E-Bay
1kw = 3412 btu
rated capacity(KW) = 31,5 equals 105772 BTU's
