Looking at this stove as I love the huge viewing area. The hybrids sound like they have gotten a lot better in the last few years too. But I cant find much for reviews on it since its so new.
Any feedback on this stove would be greatly appreciated. Is the converter easy to clean if necessary?

It's new, so like most 2020 stoves, there is little data. There is a long thread on all things related to the Regency C2600i, which is the 2700i's predecessor. That insert has proven popular. It had an issue with too much air in stronger drafting installs, but Regency quickly came out with a restrictor plate that could be retrofitted. It solved the issue and became standard on later models.

I just picked up the restrictor plate from my dealer. There are no instructions with the plate. Do you have any advice on how to install it? From the inside or outside? Etc.
