It must be the beginning of heating season... everyone's go problems.
Here's the scenario of my QB1200 failure to light/feed pellets:
- Cold startup
- T-stat calling for heat
- Call light illuminated on
- Fans running
- NO PELLETS DROPPING
BUT
If I push the reset button, pellets start to fall and the stove lights and runs normally.
Basically the stove runs fine once it starts. The problem appears to be the cold start up and pellets won't start dropping unless I hit the reset button, i.e., simply receiving the call command form the t-stat doesn't trigger the auger to start dumping pellets, only a forced reset does.
Any ideas?
