Amp Draw for Breckwell Cumbustion Blower

Does any one know what the correct amp readings should be for a breckwell combustion blower on the white and blue wires? I am getting readings of 2.2-2.5 on white and .45-.5 on blue. Is this correct? I am having lazy fire and stove is shutting down since board was recently replaced. I have change stove pipe from a short horizontal run to a Pellet stove pipe kit from Simpson duravent, which has @ a 4 foot vertical run. I have also cleaned the stove and exhaust run within stove. Was not having this issue before board failure and replacement.
 
Check the label on the motor for the amp draw to compare to the actual. You should be getting the same amp draw on both lines. Mine draws something like 0.4 amps on a Beckwell P23.
 
Just checked again. White wire show's 1.8 and blue showed .9 amps, using clamp amp meter. Motor stamped 1.6 amps. Is this a problem with the board? Every time I have checked the last two days the amp draw is different to some degree, and never is the draw on both white and blue wires close to each other in readings.
 
Disconnect the motor from the control board and run it on it own power source (check motor label for correct voltage) and check the amperage again.
 
Breckwell says they don't check amp's only voltage. I would think if the motor is bad or going bad a amp test is the only way to check as voltage remains the same, 110. As bearing goes bad or windings go bad the amp draw would increase to allow more watts to power or turn the blower. Is my thinking correct? Motor is stamped 1.6 amps which equals 1.6 x 110 = 176 watts.
 
You can also get a higher amp draw if the blower is a squirrel cage and your exhaust pipe is restricted. Not knowing the specs on the motor/blower, I can only guess at a solution.
 
No restrictions, just completely replaced vent pipe as dealer install did not meet Breckwell recomendations (yes that sucked). Breckwell's combustion blower is not a squirrel cage fan. I am going to disconnect fan tonight from stove and run on house current, (Breckwell states the blower runs on 110) and recheck amp draw and compare to the number's I am getting while blower is run by control board. The moter on blower is stamped 1.6 amps.

If I understand the blue and white wires run exclusively to this motor? If so then one is line voltage the other is return and yes they should theoretically be the same amp readings. If not then the current is leaking to ground somewhere in the motor check for amps on the ground wire with this motor on then off.
