Anyone know anything about this stove? I have an insert on blocks that I am using in my basement. Any information on BTU's and year?

I have heard lots of good things about the Alaska stoves , but I think the Kodiak is a very good COAL stove. Go to "www.alaskastoves.com/site. " There you well find all you ever wanted to know about Alaska stoves. You can burn wood in a coal stove but you can't burn coal in a wood stove. David
