Absolute 63 touch screen issue

So I recently did an update on a abs63 and after that is received this code I was wondering if anyone else ever ran into this issue

Cable between the touch pad and control board installed correctly? Or grounded out somehow?

The firmware the update was made to fix bugs like to long of a shut down

Ahh sounds like it still has bugs, can you go back to the old sw?
