Hi I bought out a ware house full of wood stove supplies. These are mostly from the 80s. I have a dozen 8" x 24" single wall snap lock pipe,4 - 8" adjustable 90 degree elbows, catalytic combusters, monster mauls, lift and saws, log rollers, auto draft controls, thermometers, most of these products are from the now defunct Sotz corp. Wonder what stoves they fit.....

Holy.Crap. I remember seeing a few of the last models with the foam grip on the lower handle.Tried one that someone else owned, didnt like it personally. They tend to crumble & wear off quickly & would feel squishy when wet. Much prefer the plain steel handle, always wore heavy gloves with them anyway, even in mid August.

We had one around when I was a kid. I hadn't seen it for years, then I spotted it my uncle's camp in da U.P. He said I could have it back, but I passed. IIRC, the handle was knurled on the end. Never saw one with a rubber grip.

I bought one of those big red ones at TSC, but it never worked nearly as good as the monster maul.

My buddy bought one for me in Cleveland, I think that is where they made theim. Mine is just steel. Haven't used it in a while since I bought some hydraulics.

Where's Milan Jeff? Yes I'm really too lazy to google it. A C

I may be interested in one of those catalysts when/if you get to that point. A C

Eastpointe is the other side of Detroit, prolly 1-1.5 hours from here. Don't get that way very often.

Sorry, wasn't clear with that post. I meant when / if you're planning on selling them. I'm over by Gun Lake on the west side of the state. A C

Edit: I was not suggesting you deliver or anything of that nature. Just curious what you planned to do with them.

Not my craigslist posting. Just kinda cool old stuff. Sorry if you misunderstood.

Hmmmmm. Time for new glasses, or stronger coffee. Sorry Jeff, I saw the whole post except the CL Link. I assumed that you bought out the inventory. I was gonna make a trip down that way & buy some stuff off ya.;em
Oh BTW did I mention that I'm really thorough, observant, & have a really high I Q. ;lol Sorry for being stupid there for a minute. A C

If that guy had a newspaper-log roller in there, I would be buying the whole pile.
