Was wondering if anyone could help. Heading to Laconia, New Hampshire from June 26-July 2. Fished in Pemingewasset and Wickwas Lakes two years ago but looking for a small rocky lake/pond for smallmouth. Rented a kayak from place in Meredith last time and looking to do the same.

I've found several small lakes in Maine with good fishing but now need to go somewhere with activities for the three little ones like Storyland and Whales Tales waterpark. Not looking to step on anyones toes.

I hear NH has tons of smallmouths everywhere. In NY, there just aren't any. It's not even worth the drive to check it out.
