Just recently my Harman XXV pellet stove started making a beeping sound a few seconds after the auger starts turning to feed the pellets. It only beeps once each time. I can't find anything in the manual on this. Any ideas? I tried resetting by turning stove off and unplugging for a few seconds but this did not work.

Are you on a wireless Thermostat
it could be the Receiver beeping because it cant find the remote or Batteries Low

wireless thermostat? no

my money is on either a bad sleeve bearing, or an idiosynchrocy of the gearbox, then id guess there could also be alot of carbon buildup in the burnpot, throwing the auger off and having it "kiss" the auger tube.

Yes. I haven't heard it again since this morning even though it has been running. Originally I thought it was my computer.

believe it or not it could be a vacuum leak...... not really a beep, but a low whistle that sounds like a beep.
Been there done that.
It is most noticable when the slide plate closes to a certain point..
you can kinda simulate this sound if you run the hopper down to empty and cover the feed throat with your hand it will start to whistle a bit.
check your hopper gasket and your slide plate access cover gasket and make sure they are in good shape and also as Harryback said make sure that the burnpot is scrapped completley.
on mine it was the slide plate cover gasket was no longer sealing well.
to me it sounded like the timer on the stove was beeping, drove me wacky for about 2 hours.
good luck
