House Fire in Kirkwood Might Have Started with Pellet Stove​

A house fire in Kirkwood Tuesday night.​

And it might have started with a wood pellet stove.​

The fire was reported shortly before 8pm, at 145 Trim Road.​

Responders included fire companies from Kirkwood, Conklin, 5-Mile Point and Great Bend.​

Kirkwood's fire chief says according to the owners, the fire in the pellet stove looked like it was out when they left in the morning, but then it reignited.​

Everyone got out safely and there were no injuries reported.​
