Any tips? Gonna be sweeping this weekend.
 
Is it the fiberboard (or whatever it's called) baffle? I'm not sure of the process on the Phoenix, but on my Bennington I've always removed the air tubes and the bracket that runs across the front, then prayed that I don't crack it while I maneuver it out. It's tough, but not that tough.
 
I am wondering about the same thing. Someone 'swept' our chimney but rather poorly and we are curious about the baffle part. The users manual doesn't say much about it.
 
I'm giving it a shot this weekend... we'll see.....
