3" S/S Tee & Cap

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase either on-line or mail order, a 3" StainlessSteel Tee with a cap. I cannot seem to be able to find one here in Ontario. The only way they are available in this area is if you by the entire venting kit for several hundred $$$$$. Any help would be most appreciated.
