So i swapped my auger motors and did ALLmaintenance and inpections and cleaning, even replaced some of the gaskets that needed it.
Now when the upper auger motor turns on it will occasionally "howl" or "moan" about 2 or 3 seconds after the motor tirns on and lasts for about 2 to 4 seconds and goes away.
It doesn't bother me but don't want to fry the motor or have it fail on a cold cold January evening.
the auger bearings do have a grease fitting and i have not filled it.
