2005 25 pdvc pellet stove seems like it should put out more heat. Output temp of 120 degrees. Seems like low pellet feed? Set on mode D 6-4-1. Tried 2-8. 8-8-1 and same amount of flame and heat.

The bottom 3 settings only affects heat settings 1&2 any setting higher they do nothing. Have you tried resetting the control board to factory specs and see if it changes?

I wouldn’t think it was a wacky board if its new then. If so i would call or email ESW and see what they say.
