I have a 2005 PDV that won’t respond to changes in the LFF and LBA. I’ve been running a thermostat for two years and this year when the call for heat is removed, it doesn’t revert back to the settings of 1-3-1 that worked for me last year. It seems as though it goes back to heat range 1, but it burns like it’s at 9-9-1...

Have reset the board twice and double checked I was in mode D. Restrict or plate is closed as far as it will go. When I watch the top auger, it looks like it runs for about 3 seconds on heat setting 1 with the buttons at 1-1-1...

Does anyone have a chart of the ‘on’ times for the top auger at each setting?

Thoughts?

Thanks!
