2 year old pellet stove getting the VO Error code in diagnostics. Failed to start message. Then vacuum loss message.

I have done the following:
Clean stove good (even did the leaf blower clean)
Replaced window & door gaskets
Removed all pellets & vacuumed out fines
Gently reamed out the vacuum port hole
Replaced vacuum switch

It lights but the pellets won’t feed even though everything works in diagnostic mode till end. H1 V1 VO

Any other suggestions?

Did you jumper the vacuum switch wires at the switch side?
If you do try this on a start look/listen carefully to the sound and flame shape. If it runs and the switch is OK
you might have low vacuum (low air flow) and the flame will be poor. It is possible the control card is bad if it will
run "normally" jumpered.

If you have an ohmmeter hook that up to the pressure switch terminals while you have the wires off the switch. You are looking for it to read high (10000Mohm when the combustion fan is off, and nearly zero ohms with the combustion fan running and all doors closed.
Unplug the stove first and when you take the wires off the pressure switch to jumper them together do not ground them.

If you're going to try to jump around the switch, tape or in some other fashion protect the connections. That's 120 volts and bad things can happen if those wires should touch ground (the stove).
