I bought this Englander 25-pdv 2 years ago and ever since it’s ran it has this odd crackling noise coming from the bottom auger/ auger motor.
Replaced the bottom motor last year as the original one wasn’t turning the auger all the time, fixed the issue. Noise still persistent.

When I hold the auger motor/ push towards the front of the stove some of the noise goes away but it’s still present.

In the video the stove is shutting off and I turned the blower off to better hear the noise. It’s there regardless if it just turned on, turning off, blower off, different heat/ feed settings etc.

Is this normal? I’m not familiar with pellet stoves whatsoever but I’ve never been around one that has a noise this loud and consistent as mine. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like your auger bearing needs to be greased. Some have a fitting to pump grease in to some do not. If no grease fitting just try to put a drop of 3 and 1 oil on it to see if it quiets down. If it get quieter and no grease fitting you are going to have to remove it and try hand packing the bearing or replacements are available.
