OK, other that a post by myself a little while back I have never seen anyone wanting a remote starter for their Englander. What I want to do is have the stove turn on about 1 hour before we (read I) wake up, so that the house will be toasty in the morning, and to turn the stove on an hour or so before we (I) get home.
I'm thinking some sort of electro mechanical gizmo,,,, like a solenoid on a timer to mechanically press the button when a timer trips it,,,, problem is that I would need a very momentary action,,,, simply in and out,,,,,
Or a rotary one,,,,, like a wheel with a cog on it that turns and presses the button as a gear reduction motor turns it,,, also activated by a timer,,,,
Or maybe even simpler----attach a remote switch to the correct joints on the control board that is activated by a timer,,,,,,
or train Quinto, (my yellow lab) to do it,,,,,,
I gotta think there are others out there that would like to have this feature,,,,
