I have seen that there is a tax credit for anyone buying and installing an energy efficient unit in 2009. Those of us who bought in 2008 are out of luck I assume? Seems about right. Now I also see rebates coming out on the different units. So much for trying to be a leader and pioneer instead of sitting back and waiting to see what happens...............
 
I bought mine in 2008, but didn't place it in service until 2009. I think the key concept is "placed in service". You don't think they're going to carbon date your ashes, do you?
