Hey everyone, I recently picked up a used propane radiance stove manufactured in 2005.
Had several issues with the pilot and TC, so ended up replacing the ods pilot assembly with a new one.
This solved most of my issues, until my pilot wouldn’t go off, which was a bad gas valve assembly. I found a brand new one online and replaced that too.
Since the main guts were replaced the stove runs fine except on rare occasions, it will just turn off and not come back on unless I flip the toggle off for a few seconds and then back on.
This is currently running off a millivolt Honeywell thermostat as well.
I’ve confirmed the thermostat is calling for heat during the random shutdown.
Only thing I can think of why it shuts down is the oxygen depletion sensor, but not even sure mine has that anywhere.
Wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to look for.
