1980 Fisher fireplace insert value?

Hello! Our house came with a 1980 Fisher fireplace insert in excellent condition. Sadly the chimney needs too much work to utilize it and for a few other reasons it doesn't make sense for us to keep it. In selling it I'm finding wildly different answers to how much to sell it for from $500 to $5000. I would like to sell it sooner than later, but I also want to get a fair price. Located in the Twin Cities, MN. Any input would be greatly appreciated! I do have the front grate for it. It honestly looks like the whole thing was used maybe a handful of times.

It's really going to depend on the local market. Here they are $250 to $500 probably a bit more for yours because of the condition and the fact that it is ul listed. But I would say $1000 tops. But your market may be higher.

Thank you for the input! I listed it for $650 at first and had two eager offers immediately, so decided to do some research and re-list.
