Tough to say for certain - it depends on the layout of the area, and how you use that room. If the 2'nd stove is to give a some quick, extra heat on really cold days, and that room is not an area where you spend a lot of time - I would think a cast or steel stove might be your best bet. On the other hand, if the downstairs location is more of a finished room where you spend a lot of time, but the heat from the Summit doesn't reach there, a soapstone stove could be a good fit. They really need to be running 24/7 to be effective.
