    Castle Serenity Stove controller lock out mode stuck

    My Serentity pellet stove is stuck on controller lock out mode activated since I activated it by accidentally. I have already tried to unplug it to reset it...any help would be appreciated. I tried calling a service last night to help they had no clue.
