No Heat Fireplace

(back) Subject: No Heat Fireplace From: "Teton Fireplace Design" <[email protected]> Date: Tue, 24 Apr 2001 22:22:36 -0400   The fireplace in question is a Heat N Glo CBS-41. I just got a call from another customer that has the same problem. I'm really frustrated because this fireplace used to be so great. I even have one in my showroom that will get my 3200 sq. ft. place to 95 degrees when the temp outside is 30. Like I mentioned before I've tried everything I could think of before I started asking for help. Also the unit is built inside a chase that is in the middle of the cabin. It is at an altitude of 8500 ft. and the flue = is enclosed for the first 12 ft before it exits the roof.I wish the rock was absorbing the heat but it is still cool to the touch even after hours of burning. Thanks for your responses.   John Fuller Teton Fireplace Design
