Aw, c'mon!

(back) Subject: Aw, c'mon! From: "Noel Gilmore" <[email protected]> Date: Sun, 1 Apr 2001 18:16:31 -0400   Thirteen years in business, and for the first time we have had TWO = existing home jobs (we do pre-fab fp's and stone, not stoves) in a row where the home owner has told us that we or our sub-contractors are not permitted to use the bathroom in the home! One of them told us this beforehand, at least, but the other didn't make mention of it until the subject came up.   What is going on? These are not huge crews I'm talking about...one, two guys at a time, max. Are my customers in So FL becoming particularly finicky, or is this some kind of trend?   I'm putting a standard rider on all existing home installs that says if = the workers are not permitted to use the "facilities," the price of a Port-a-Potty rental will be added to the job. Yeah! That'll put a stop to that! (Do I sound angry?)   Noel Gilmore Autumn Moon Fireplaces
