Of course, a standard door enclosure will block the air vents on the sides = of the factory fireplace used for cooling the box, and cause it to overheat. = I know of at least one customer that had a house fire from doing so. Most of my customers are surprised to learn they have to put "special" = types of doors on their factory built fireplace, which makes me wonder what they might have bought if they didn't come to my store first! My opinion is that we should get at least 20 responses before we commit to the party. It's in the hands of our loyal readers now. Either they want good food, beer, wine and company....or they don't. If you DO, please send an email to the list (simply reply to this email) and let us know your intentions. Again, the idea was in the Hilton for Thursday eve. -- ------------------------------------------------------ Craig Issod HearthNet at http://www.hearth.com [email protected] Everything your Hearth Desires ------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------
