They did a good job at a reasonable price, but at the end of the job they broke a light fixture. They immediately offered to pay for it. We told them to forget it, that we'd replace it because they had done such a good job for us. I can't help feeling that if they hadn't offered to pay for it, I'd have probably felt annoyed, but wouldn't have forced the issue. The result is they made their full margin on the job, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a dry waller. "Do as you would be done by" definitely works.
