In fact, we gave her a certificate for next year's cleaning at 1/2 price. The $95.00 plus 1/2 price of next year's cleaning (and that's not your cost) is a small price to pay for a customer for = life. When you factor in the number of friends the couple told, this is an inexpensive way to turn a problem into opportunities. Think about the way you would want to be treated.
