My .02 worth (which is probably overvalued) is to take care of the
customer, try to work out a resolution with the manufacturer, and go on
with profitable business. If you have a good relationship with the
manufacturer (meaning not scewing them for warranty work for improper
setups, claiming damaged product, etc.), it will be an absolute
non-issue. Although, having said that, if some people are not smart
enough to read a ballot, it makes the whole game tougher!!!
